Job Title: Network Engineering Manager (Cloud Services)

Responsibilities:

•Planning and managing deployment of Network Soft Switch, which will require a sound understanding of Netsapians and Asterisks;

•Coordinating all necessary parties, managing integrations as the company looks to deliver all of the current VoIP offerings via its own network infrastructure, which will include contract management with multiple vendors within the ecosystem;

•Expanding custom integrations to widen company’s reach, including integrating the company’s other services, including access control and video surveillance;

•Training key personnel and coordinating roll out of services;

•Managing migration of existing clients to the company’s platform once tested and stable;

•Developing network engineering team to perform customer installations and migrations;

•Demonstrating familiarity with Website development to automate client migrations via website forms linked to backend databases and developing customized online tutorials, questionnaires and training materials; and

•Assisting, as necessary, with current installations and deployments which would require experience with SIP, Hosted Systems, Premise IP-PBX’s, Softphones and WebRTC.

 

Qualifications

•2 or more years of experience in a related area

•Master's degree in a related field
